Important note based on feedback from customers: standard voice service will not be affected by this maintenance, so any auto attendants or voicemail services provided by customer phone systems will continue to work as intended.

In order to improve resiliency and increase scalability, Clearfly will be migrating voice application services to a new distributed cluster. During this migration, auto attendants, disaster attendants, voicemail, and hosted phone provisioning services will be temporarily unavailable. Incoming calls to these services will fail and relevant services will not be manageable via the Clearfly Portal.
No configuration, greetings, or messages will be lost during this migration.
If customers would like any forwards to be put in place before the maintenance window, please open a ticket in the Clearfly Portal.
